In order to allow for any returned item, proof of purchase must be provided within 30 days of purchases. A refund will be issued if return is made within 15 days of purchase; within 16-30 days, items may be returned for store credit only. AFTER 30 DAYS, no refunds or exchanges may be made.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Upholstered furniture
- Floor models
- Vintage items
- Sale items
- Shipping charges on any items purchased online or via phone
- Custom orders
Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if damage is observed; after 7 days, we cannot be responsible for damages incurred. Please call us promptly to discuss replacement and return options.
