Dixie Stark Home can provide complimentary delivery of furniture to our customers and trade professionals in the greater Seattle area on our designated days. We deliver twice a month. We are happy to arrange delivery to you on one of these days.
If our complementary delivery days are not convenient, we can arrange for another day with our delivery company for an additional fee.
All accessories, soft-goods, fabric and wallpaper are delivered via UPS Ground. We are happy to arrange other shipping methods such as overnight, or you are welcome to request to pick up your items at the shop. If you wish to pick up at the shop, please call us to arrange a time and we will be sure to credit back any shipping charges that were presented.
All furniture is delivered by a freight carrier. All shipping time and cost estimates are tailored to the piece, its proximity to you and the services available in your area. There are several delivery options to fit your needs; however, all may not be available depending on the agency’s services in your area. Upon order, we will contact you to determine the best way to deliver based on your location (curbside, inside delivery), building type (receiver with loading dock, or residence), packaging requirements (blanket wrapped or crated) and delivery method.
Once we have this information, we can provide you with the freight/delivery charge to accompany your order.
